Description

ROLLER'S Centro SR is a universal powerful, robust and handy diamond core drilling machine with speed regulation for core drilling in steel-inforced concrete up to Ø 162 mm (200 mm short-term), in masonry of all kinds up to Ø 250 mm and in other materials. For dry and wet drilling, hand-held or with drill stand.
The core drilling machine is equipped with a strong, maintenance-free 2-step gear with blocking protection by safety slip clutch, a robust, powerful universal motor with 2,200 W with multifunctional electronics and startup current limiting for soft startup, an automatic idle speed limiting, overload protection and blocking protection. The temperature control of the motor with a PTC resistor (Positive Temperature Coefficient) serves as overheating protection. The touch switch with lock and connecting cable with integrated personal protection switch (PRCD) are also included. Moreover, the machine provides a continuous, electronic speed regulation for material-compatible selection of the drilling speed with a thumbwheel for continuous speed setting
(250 to 500 rpm in 1st gear or 600 to 1,200 rpm in 2nd gear).
The electronic speed control keeps the selected speed constant,
even under load. The optimally preselected speed for the respective material or the respective drilling diameter remains constant during the entire drilling process. This enables optimum drilling performance and maximum life
of the drilling crown.
Universally applicable for holding drilling crowns with UNC 1¼" female or G ½" male connection thread and with water supply device for wet drilling, with adjustable shut-off valve, quick-coupling with water stop and a ½" hose connection. Its compact design and comfortable weight ensure optimum working conditions, the drive unit weighs only 6.4 kg
