This OEG hygienic storage tank fulfills the highest demands on the hygiene of drinking water and energy efficiency.
The structure of this tank is fundamentally different from usual, large-volume DHW storage tanks. A built-in corrugated stainless steel pipe separates the drinking water from the heating water and - at the same time - serves as a powerful heat exchanger. This combines the advantages of a buffer tank with those of an instantaneous water heater.
The drinking water flows through the corrugated stainless steel pipe in the water of the heated tank only if required, and the stratification of the heating water is not disturbed. This leads to a very low energy consumption and you can guarantee your customers legionella-free drinking water.
You do not need a legionella protection programme in the regulation.
At all times, consumers are provided with hygienically clean, fresh water at their desired temperature.
Due to the additional smooth-pipe heat exchanger, another heat generator can be integrated at any time, and its energy can be fed into the hygienic storage tank.
